FRIDAY: Group Workout Run (up to 1.5h), aerobic Masters Swim (1.25h), recovery ride (1h)
SATURDAY: Masters Swim (1.5h), Long Ride (up to 4h), optional brick run 30min
SUNDAY: Group Long Run (up to 2h) or Trail Run Up High, aerobic recovery swim (30min). Recovery ride (1h).
1 person: $840 pp
2-3 people: $710 / pp

WHAT TO BRING
Cycling Gear – Bring your own cycling gear. A long-sleeve jersey and rain jacket is highly recommended. Bring your shoes and pedals for maximum comfort. Let us know in advance if you need them.
Running Gear– Bring your own running shoes, apparel, accessories, and any gear you might need.
If you need some items, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to get you sorted.

BIKE & RENTAL (OPTIONAL ADD-ON)
This experience does not include a wetsuit rental. We offer rentals for an additional fee ($25). If you select the wetsuit rental option, we will arrange it for you prior to your scheduled activity.
