This is a fun-filled multisport camp that culminates with the historic BolderBoulder 10k race on Memorial Day.

 

The BolderBoulder, in its 40th year currently, sees about 60,000 racers at the start line every year, making it the second largest 10k race in the US and the fifth largest road race in the world. It has one of the largest non-marathon prize purses in road racing.

Bolder Boulder 10K

CAMP SCHEDULE

HALF

FRIDAY: Group Workout Run (up to 1.5h), aerobic Masters Swim (1.25h), recovery ride (1h)

SATURDAY: Open Water Swim (Boulder Reservoir) (1.5h), Long Ride (up to 4h), brick run 30min.

SUNDAY: Group Long Run (up to 2h) or Trail Run Up High, aerobic recovery swim (30min). Recovery ride (1h).

MONDAY: Bolder Boulder 10k race

FULL

SUNDAY: Arrival. Get settled. Evening intros.

MONDAY: Light Swim, Bike, Run day. Run 45′ Wonderland, Ride Neva loop (1.25h), swim 1.25h.

TUESDAY: OW Swim Boulder Res (1.5h), Run workout at Res (1.25h). Recovery spin (1h).

WEDNESDAY: Long Ride (up to 4h). Mid-day swim (1.25h).

THURSDAY: Dave Scott’s Swim Session + Strength

FRIDAY: Group Workout Run (up to 1.5h), aerobic Masters Swim (1.25h), recovery ride (1h)

WHAT TO BRING

Swim Gear – Bring your swim gear and towel. Wetsuit recommended (see "Bike & Gear Rental" tab). We recommend you bring different goggle lens colors to accommodate for various weather & light conditions.

Cycling Gear – Bring your own cycling gear. A long-sleeve jersey and rain jacket is highly recommended. Bring your shoes and pedals for maximum comfort. Let us know in advance if you need them.

Running Gear– Bring your own running shoes, apparel, accessories, and any gear you might need.

If you need some items, please let us know in advance and we'll do our best to get you sorted.

WHERE SHOULD I LODGE?

The camp lodging is at the Holiday Inn Express in North Boulder.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER BOOKING?

Upon booking, we will send you a confirmation email. 24h prior to your upcoming experience, you will receive a reminder email with the finalized details of your experience.

BIKE & GEAR RENTAL (OPTIONAL ADD-ON)

This experience does not include a rental bike. We offer road bike rental through Full Cycle Bike Shop in various performance levels. Each road bike rental includes a helmet, flat repair kit, and water bottles. The bike can be set up to your basic fit requirements. Please bring your own pedals, shoes, and cycling attire. The bike rental price for this experience is $200

This experience does not include a wetsuit rental. We offer rentals for an additional fee. If you select the wetsuit rental option, we will arrange it for you prior to your scheduled activity.

In the event that you require any gear, please let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate your request (for an extra fee). We will arrange it for you prior to your scheduled activity.

HOW DO I CONTACT MY PRO GUIDE?

After booking, you will have direct email, phone, and text communication with your guide

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

You will receive a full refund upon 24h of booking. If you decide to cancel your booking after the 24h period, you will be able to reschedule (for any experience of the same amount). In the event of poor weather, your experience will be rescheduled at your convenience or fully refunded.
